Conducting A Public Records Search Online – My Experience

There are a number of reasons that you might need to search public records. You might need to do a background check on another person, or to determine the value of property. If you are trying to conduct a public records search online completely on your own than expect it to be a nightmare! Think about it, there are literally millions if not billions of records out there!

To start, a huge amount of information can be found in public records such as death records, court records, adoption records, to name only a few. To devote that a huge amount of time to searching is completeley unrealsitic for an individual. Despite technological advances and use of the internet it is still not easy to locate the information you are seeking. Trust me on this, I have spent hours going through supposedly free public records databases only to be frustrated and empty handed. Also, I am more than disappointed by the quality provided by the so called free public records sites.

You might ask why would I pay to search public records?

There are countless reasons people search public records. To check out an employee, tenant, to research properties you are interested in, or to get the criminal history of a prospective lover. Or perhaps a friend or family member is in jail, and you want to know for sure. As you can imagine the reasons are numerous.

Why should you spend hours of your own time to come up empty handed and without the information you seek? I believe that the only way getting an accurate, comprehensive, up to date public records report, you will have to pay for it. Paid public records services will not only give you accurate and detailed information, you will also save headaches and of course time. If you are a frequent searcher of public records you should buy a membership and save yourself time and money.

The fact is: knowledge and information is priceless, but your time is not… well, at least my time. If you have ever attempted a free public record search you know just how frustrating it is to find the same results over and over again, but nothing useful. I do not know of a free public record search that is useful, but I do know of a few paid sites that are excellent.

If you need the information quickly, and you need it to be solid and accurate information, you need to use a paid service. You are guaranteed to get accurate and comperhensive results within minutes, but in the end it is your personal decision. If you really want to go to the Broward County Records Office, or any other counties records office and wait in line and spend countless hours of your day, be my guest.

***  If you are searching for public records, I highly recommend Public Records Pro. You will get detailed results within minutes!
